It is my honour and pleasure to pen a few words and to launch the 36th Multiple District 308 Leo Forum 2009 official website. The Leo Forum is an annual event organized for Leos throughout Brunei, Malaysia and Singapore with the objectives of providing a platform for the Leos to meet, exchange ideas and knowledge and to recognize the deserving Leos and clubs for their outstanding performances.
The Leo Forum, which will be held in Penang “The Pearl of the Orient”, from 5 to 7 June 2009, has many interesting programmes such as –
